When will I get my order?

The timeline for receiving your order depends on the type of gown you purchase and your shipping selection:

  • Ready-Made Couture pieces are prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • Bridal & Legend Collections (Made-to-Measure) require a standard production period of approximately 4 weeks, as each gown is custom-crafted to your measurements.

Once your gown is complete, delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

You will receive a confirmation email with full tracking information as soon as your order leaves our atelier, allowing you to follow every step of its journey to you.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

Sorry! To ensure your order arrives on time, we generally begin processing an order as soon as it is placed. As a result we are unable to make any changes to your order after it is placed.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found at the top of your confirmation email. Please check your inbox, including your spam folder, for your confirmation email. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, complete the form below.
