Shipping Policy

At XALAN14, we offer two levels of shipping service to ensure your gown arrives safely and on time:

• Standard Shipping – $30 USD
  Includes secure packaging and international tracked delivery.

• Premium Shipping with Full Coverage – $40 USD
  Recommended for all bridal and couture orders. This service includes full insurance against loss or damage during transit, as well as signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service. You may choose your preferred shipping option after entering your delivery address. All charges will be clearly displayed before final confirmation of your order.

We provide worldwide shipping.

Every gown at XALAN14 is a work of precision, care, and artistry. The total time to receive your order depends on the type of piece you select:

• Ready-Made Couture: Ships within 5–10 business days after order confirmation

• Bridal & Legend Collections (Made-to-Measure): Custom-crafted and shipped within approximately 4 weeks

Following production, delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your shipping preference and destination.

You will receive a confirmation with full tracking details as soon as your gown leaves our atelier.

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
